A one day workshop designed for first year BA Design students at Goldsmiths.
This workshop is designed to engage students with the production and rhetoric of political imagery. To discuss and understand it’s construction, dissemination, influence and implications for policy, through a practice of production; creating new imagery based on the students collective responses to a number of opinion pieces sourced from national newspapers. A workbook (pictured here) is designed to guide the students through the brief, alongside a presentation of references and further reading.
All work and imagery by Goldsmiths Design Students. This workshop was made working collaboratively with Dash Macdonald.
